Why don't you publish exact prices?
Because ecommerce projects vary too much for a published price to be meaningful. A BigCommerce theme for a 50-SKU DTC brand is a very different project from the same theme for a 15,000-SKU B2B distributor. We publish ranges to set expectations, then quote fixed scope after a short discovery call.
Do you work on hourly or fixed-price engagements?
Fixed-scope for greenfield projects (new builds, migrations, integrations). Monthly retainers for ongoing work, with a fixed hour allotment per month. We do not do open-ended time-and-materials — it creates the wrong incentives.
How does the free site audit work?
Send us your URL. We do a technical review — Stencil code quality if applicable, Lighthouse, GSC visibility, schema completeness, and integration health — and return a written gap list with rough scopes. Turnaround is 3 business days. No strings attached.
Can you beat a quote I've already received from another agency?
Sometimes. Send it to us. If their scope is accurate and their price is fair, we'll tell you honestly. If they've scoped something wrong or priced in overhead you don't need, we'll show you the difference.
