Sales & Orders Feed Management System
BigCommerce used to have their own integration with Google Merchant Center for Google Shopping PPC, which they removed a couple years ago, requiring people to find another feed management system. Many e-commerce merchants used Sales & Orders as their Google Shopping Feed Management System for their free tier. It was a free way to deliver product information from BigCommerce to Google Merchant Center. An as agency partner with Sales and Orders (they even asked to write an article promoting our success which you can read here.).
Sales & Orders is now updating their pricing, as well as removing their free tier. BigCommerce is providing merchants with some options. The option that intrigues me the most, is the last one. It appears BigCommerce may be working on creating their own API sending product informaiton directly from your BigCommerce store to Google Merchant Center.
What If You Have A Paid Tier Account?
For those of you who currently have a tier for which you pay, you will be grandfathered in to your current plan and price and will only be required to select a new plan if you want to change your tier.
